Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage the day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Utilize Sage Accounting to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align financial planning with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial reports and updates to the CEO and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on project-based organizations.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Sage Accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
