KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage the day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
  • Utilize Sage Accounting to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align financial planning with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide financial reports and updates to the CEO and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on project-based organizations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Sage Accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
